Book an appointment

Visits to the Centre for Implantology are always by referral from your dentist or oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Make an appointment directly via the phone number below.

In three steps

How do you make an appointment?

1

Dental referral

Your dentist has determined that an implantological treatment is required and has sent a referral to our department.

2

We will be in touch

Upon receipt of the referral, we will contact you by telephone to schedule an appointment at the branch of your preference.

3

Initial consultation

During the initial consultation, we will discuss your situation and draw up a treatment plan together.

No contact form? For reasons of medical confidentiality, we do not process patient information via an online form. Please contact your preferred clinic by telephone, or ask your dentist to send a referral.
